How to use
Using an infusion filter, leave the mixture immersed in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Sweeten to taste, preferably with honey.

Frangula (Rhamnus frangula) bark, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) roots, elderberry (Sambucus nigra) flowers, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seeds, mallow (Malva Sylvestris) flowers.
